Big Ears Festival

Usually held in March in Downtown Knoxville

Southern Tequila and Tacos Festival

Usually held in April at 11221 Outlet Dr.

There’s nothing like good tacos and tequila to spice up the weekend. There are over 100 tequilas to try here! General admission costs $40, which includes five samples of tequila, beer, or cocktails and three taco tickets. On the other hand, the early entry admission gives you six drink samples and four taco tickets for $60.

Rossini Festivals

Usually held in April in Downtown Knoxville

Explore the best things that Downtown Knoxville has to offer. Drop by the Rossini Festival International Street Fair and experience free entertainment from over 700 artists. Also, delight in superb food choices while listening to a free concert with an orchestra.

Dogwood Arts Festival

Usually held in April at 963 World’s Fair Park Drive

Take a break from digital screens and get lost in the beauty of paintings and sketches from local artists. Dogwood Arts Festival also features hands-on art activities for the family. 

Knoxville Sunflower Festival

Usually held in July at 3140 McClure Lane

Get your dose of sunshine to blow away a cloudy day. The Knoxville Sunflower Festival features a 28-hectare sunflower landscape at Forks of River Wildlife Management Area. Hike the blooming sunflowers for free, and snap a photo with friends.

Karm Dragon Boat Fest

Usually held in June at 10960 Concord Park Dr

Are you a fan of water sports? Paddle through the Tennessee River in 41-foot-long dragon boats and help raise funds for homeless families in Knoxville.

Knoxville Brewfest

Usually held in June

Knox Asian Festival

Usually held in August at World’s Fair Parks
