If the price is right on a home and takes into account that those upgrades need to be made, you shouldn’t necessarily run from the home too quickly
If the overall bones of a house are good, you can always make the upgrades you want when you move in. You’ll just need determine if that is something you want to take on as a buyer.
Don’t Fall In Love With The Home Right Away

If a home has significant inspection issues, don’t let your love of your home blind you from the fact that that damage will be expensive to fix.
Do Listen To What Your Realtor Has To Say
You ultimately hired an agent to help you with your home search. He or she is there to help you through the process and answer your questions. Sometimes buyers can think they know more than people in the business and will not heed a Realtor’s advice. Any advice a Realtor is giving you comes from experience in the business, it’s your choice whether you take it or not, just keep in mind they’re there to help you.
