Hurdle #2 – Getting An Accepted Offer
Just because you find the right Knoxville home for sale, doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily get an accepted offer. A competitive market has made it challenging in recent months for buyers to get an accepted offer when they’re competing with multiple buyers.
