If the price of a home takes into account these things, then there is nothing wrong in having to do a little updating on your own when you move in.
If you have the time to complete these projects before you move in, it will be like moving into a completely new home.

When a bonus room is turned into a man cave or a the third bedroom has been turned into a gym, it can be sometimes hard to imagine the room as something else.
